Sage Sticks

Sage sticks are great for cleansing your crystals to remove any stagnant or negative energy, which helps to restore their pure energy. If your using your crystals on a regular basis this is a important process when looking after your crystals.

Open windows/doors so the unwanted energy can be released.

Set your intentions & focus on removing and using your intuition to cleanse your crystal.

Light your sage with a match or lighter and let the tip of the sage burn for a few seconds, then gently blow the flame out so this provides you with a smokey sage.

Waft the smoke over your crystals with your intentions in mind, with stroking movements to cleanse their energy.

When you have finished thank the sage and stubb the end out and put in a fireproof dish or sand.
